Wine and Cellar DoorOne of the first things you see when you arrive at Immerse is the vineyard. Our vines are now more than 20 years old and produce fruit of intense flavour and consistently high quality. Seasonal activities ensure there is always something happening among the vines and the cellar door windows deliver a picture postcard image of our Sauvignon Blanc vines. The four wines made under the Immerse label are Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. These are exclusive to Immerse and are only available to taste or purchase through our website & our cellar door. In developing the Estate style for our wines, the first consideration was to make wines that people will love to drink - that means fresh and vibrant with lively fruit character and enough structure to ensure they stand the test of time. Our second criteria is to create wines that go wonderfully well with food as eating and drinking is a high priority at Immerse.Cellar Door Wine Tasting and Bottle Sales. The latest addition to our Cellar Door is our 'Oscar's Reserve' wines which are a limited production of Chardonnay & Shiraz. They are selling fast and should be tasted to be truely appreciated & enjoyed! The ambiance is warm and welcoming and our staff are trained to ensure your wine tasting experience is fun, educational and rewarding. All of the Immerse wines are available to purchase at the cellar door or by ordering online. When visiting the Cellar Door you will also be able to have a look around our selection of produce some of which is exclusive to the Yarra Valley. With intense bubbles in the mouth & a subtle sweetness on the finish, this wine is an easy drinking style or will age for around 2-3 years. A wonderful afternoon wine or aperitif.
