Upcoming Wedding Expo - Sunday 8th September

Our Wedding Expo on Sunday the 10th of February was a huge success! The sun was shining, sparkling was flowing and beautiful food was being enjoyed by all. Thank you to all the suppliers and guests who came along and helped to make the day so exciting. Also a special thank you to those who gave away prizes to those few lucky winners! We hope you were able to get some good tips or tick a few boxes for your upcoming wedding.

Our next expo will be held on Sunday the 8th of September, so if you missed out on our last expo or still need to finalise some details, please either call or email us to RSVP so you can collect your show bag and glass of complimentary sparkling upon arrival. Hope to see you there!

Gorgeous Restaurant

Our restaurant is a gorgeous light-filled space with polished boards and rock-wall fireplace overlooking superbly manicured gardens and ornamental lake. Glorious sunsets over the vines make the large deck adjacent to the restaurant ideal for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails. Accommodating up to 160 guests for a sit down affair, or 200 guests for a cocktail event.

Eating and drinking is a high priority at Immerse, so if you're a foodie, our emphasis on fabulous flavours, using locally grown and farmed produce will delight you. The Immerse wines come from vines that are amongst the oldest in the Yarra Valley , they are fresh, vibrant and full of intense flavour.

Beautiful Gardens

Our twenty-year-old gardens are home to one of the largest privately owned collection of roses in Victoria. There are also numerous on-site locations that enable us to conduct sensational marquee events. So whether it's indoors or out, Immerse can cater for all your requirements.
