Our restaurant is a gorgeous light filled space, with polished boards and rock wall fireplace overlooking our superbly manicured gardens and ornamental lake. Balmy summer nights and glorious sunsets over the vines make the large deck adjacent to the restaurant ideal for pre dinner drinks and cocktails.

Our twenty year old gardens are home to one of the largest privately owned collection of roses in Victoria. There are numerous sites that enable us to conduct sensational marquee events. So whether it be indoors or out, Immerse can cater for all your requirements.

Christmas Functions or End of the Year functions

Thinking of celebrating the end of the year with a function or a Christmas party? Immerse is now taking bookings or enquries. For larger numbers we can offer exclusive use of the restaurant and discounted accommodation packages For our smaller groups we can offer intimate wine tutorial evenings or wine matched dinners.

Celebrate at the end of the year with a Christmas party package: 3 Courses served 50/50 from our Chef selected menu. Included in the package is linen, bon bons, Christmas decorations and lots of Christmas cheer: $55 per person.

Join Immerse on December 19th at 7pm for a special Christmas Event. A night of fabulous food, wine and entertainment!
