Rates and tariffs

Immerse Guest House

All tariffs are quoted in Australian dollars and are for 2 adults only per night/package
Immerse in the Yarra Valley has been created as the ideal place for lovers of good wine and food, where couples can relax and indulge in rejuvenating spa treatments.

Deposits and Full Payments

Bookings will be confirmed upon payment of $100.00 deposit - payable by credit card or cheque. Balance is payable on or prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administration fee if notice is 60 days in advance, 20% if notice is less than 60 but more than 30. Refund of bookings cancelled at less than 30 days will be at our discretion, however will incur a 30% fee. Prices and booking conditions may change from time to time.

Discounts:

Discounts are given to Immerse Customer Club members and are as follows:

To become a customer club member all you need to do is purchase any 6 bottles of wine from our Cellar Door (at Customer Club Prices) and you will become a lifetime club member and receive discounts and incentives throughout all area's of Immerse.
Receive 10% discount when booking your accommodation
Dine at Café Immerse and receive 10% off your bill
Book any 1 hour treatment with Immerse Spa Retreat and receive a complimentary Scalp treatment
Order wine from our Cellar Door and receive between 10-20% off wine & free freight within Australia

Check in and Out Times:

Check in is from 2pm for our Guest House and Immerse Cottage
Check out is strictly 11.00am for our Guest House and Immerse Cottage, unless otherwise stated or by prior arrangement.

Children at Immerse:

Unfortunately Children can not be accommodated for in our Guesthouse but are certainly welcome in our Immerse Cottage.

Pets at Immerse:

As we have our own vineyard dog we do not allow any other pets to stay on site.

Smoking:

Immerse Guesthouse rooms and Cottage are strictly non smoking.
