Immerse Olinda is the funky new Cafe, Cellar Door and Produce Store at the wonderful old 'Olinda General Store'. A vibrant Cafe by day serving lunch and fantastic coffee is transformed into a candle-lit restaurant by night. Taste premium Immerse wines from our Yarra Valley Vineyard and local produce in our Cellar Door which is open every day from 10am.

 

Immerse Olinda is the second property under the Immerse brand owned by Stephen & Helen Myles. It takes all the great elements from Immerse in the Yarra Valley, attaching them to a new home in Olinda - great service, fantastic food, our own wine.  The style, atmosphere and friendly staff approach are also consistent between the two properties.

 

 

If you haven't been up for a visit now is the time. The drive up through the Dandenongs is full of colour, Katrina and the team have the open fire going as the cooler days have closed in.

Our team of Chef's have a menu that reflects the local dining culture and what our customers desire, with pides & pizza's changing daily in the deli fridge, but you'll have to be quick as they go fast! Decadent cakes and bite-sized chocolates are avaliable all day for those who enjoy the sweeter things in life!

Please drop in and see the contemporary nude art on the walls painted by our local artist - Glenn Tyszkiewicz and also some of the display items which were from the original store. Glenn appears on a regular basis to paint live and sell his artwork first hand.

 

Our courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of sparkling while you catch up with friends and ponder the menu. At night the soft glow of candles will allow you to capture the Olinda magic.
