We had our wedding at Immerse back in February and we could not have had a more positive experience. From the get go we were stunned by the beauty of the entire venue. We always wanted a rustic winery wedding and chose the chapel as the location for our ceremony which was absolutely beautiful! The surrounding grounds and vineyard are also the perfect backdrop for a wedding!

Their communication with us from day one was exceptional with extremely prompt replies to all of our questions with wedding planning, accomodation, set up etc.

The food was amazing with excellent selection for our wedding guests in the day and service from staff was great with all our guests left with full bellies! The wine list is also second to none, the sparkling Shiraz in particular 10/10!

Getting ready on the big day was so easy with everything being on site and ready to go as well as accomodation for our family and friends available!

Our wedding coordinator Kerrie was amazing and made us both feel relaxed and at ease the whole day and would liase with all of our suppliers so our dream day would run smoothly!

We could not recommend Immerse in the Yarra Valley enough for anyone wanting to get married!

We had our wedding at immerse in late Jan and they exceeded all our expectations!!!

We were initially hesitant to inspect Immerse as we were worried we wouldn’t get the same level of personalisation at a busy venue. However, this could not be further from the truth! Immerse really knows what they are doing! They were so prompt at replying to all emails and willing to help with all our requests. On the day both our day and night coordinators worked behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. They constantly checked in with both of us and our suppliers. I was able to enjoy the day without worrying how the ceremony and reception were being set up. They also moved our decorations from the chapel to the reception and made sure that the whole bridal party had our makeup kits/spare shoes/phones etc waiting for us on the bridal table. My husband and I also had a clean bridal suite, cake, dessert and a cold bottle of champagne waiting for us in the bridal suite at the end of the night. It was all these little touches that helped make the day so wonderful!

Let’s not forget how beautiful the grounds are! The venue speaks for itself and needs very little in the way of decorations to make it stunning. The huge bridal suite and on site accommodation are also big selling points! The newly upgraded bridal suite had plenty of light and surprising had room for three HMUAs working on 7 ladies!

Where do I start? Immerse was the most perfect venue for the best day our lives! From the moment we arrived at Immerse for our tour we knew we were somewhere special. The vibe at Immerse is friendly, cosy and the big thing that jumped out was experience! Every staff member we spoke to we could tell they were going to make our wedding day and all the preparations required easy. They were so easy to deal with during planning, so prompt to reply to any email with even the silliest questions. And full of suggestions and ideas. You can tell that they are experts and have so much experience with planning the perfect day.

Our wedding day was seamless. Laura, our coordinator, did a fantastic job managing everything behind the scenes so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day. The venue is spectacular and has such a nice feeling to it. We got married in the garden chapel and it was gorgeous.

The food was amazing and all our guests commented how tasty it was and how much of it there was. The wait staff were also so attentive on the night. And then at the end of the night my husband and I got to stay in the beautiful bridal suite, where there was a tray of dessert and wedding cake along with fresh champagne for us to enjoy. Our closest family and friends also stayed on site and it was great to have breakfast with everyone the following morning.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of the experience we had having our wedding at Immerse. It was the best day of our lives and our guests all loved it too. We will be returning to Immerse for years to come and would definitely recommend it as a wedding venue! Thank you all again for your hard work, you do an amazing job!
