We had our wedding at Immerse in February and it was honestly our dream day. The convenience of having accommodation on site for our guests was incredible. The staff were outstanding. Location was incredibly beautiful and people were raving about the food which was so important to us. Immerse was our first and only venue we looked at. We’d researched pretty much every venue in Victoria by the time we were ready to check them out in person, and Immerse was one of our favourites. By chance, we came across an Open Day advertised on their Facebook page, so we organised to visit Immerse first. As soon as we pulled into the car park, we knew none of the other venues stood a chance. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with so many photo-perfect spots! Our favourites were the gazebo swing, the bridge by the lake, the gardens, the vineyard, and the chapel.

We’d been struggling to find a place that had both an amazing reception area and a chapel, since we were getting married in June and didn’t want to test the weather with a garden wedding. Immerse was the only venue where we loved both. The chapel has a beautiful airy feel with elegant wood accents and a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling window behind the altar. The reception area was massive, with a nice rustic mix of wood, stone, and black iron accents. If you’re looking for somewhere elegant, simple, and a little rustic, then this is the perfect venue.

And the staff were amazing! Our wedding coordinator, Laura, was an absolute legend. She was ready to help with absolutely anything and made the whole process so easy for us. The entire day ran seamlessly and continued without a hitch into the evening with our second coordinator, Shannon. The waitstaff during the reception were absolutely incredible. They were always nearby to assist and managed to remember what everyone was drinking, so no glass was ever empty. We received so many compliments from our guests specifically about how attentive and lovely all the waitstaff were.

Immerse Winery was the most incredible place to celebrate our wedding. If you’re looking for a venue that truly has it all - incredible food and wine, beautiful on-site accommodation, multiple stunning ceremony spaces, and an amazing team of staff - then Immerse is the place for you. From the breathtaking chapel and picturesque vineyard views to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, everything about the venue was perfection. The staff were exceptional - professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure our day ran seamlessly.

The wedding team at Immerse went above and beyond in the lead-up to our big day, answering every question and email with such professionalism, kindness, and care. The food and wine were outstanding, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful the setting was and how smoothly everything ran. Every part of the day felt effortless thanks to the amazing team at Immerse. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue and will treasure the memories forever.
